This section displays all successful payments for your selected merchant. Each payment represents a completed transaction made by a customer.

📍 Where to Find Payments

To view payments:
  1. Log in to your Coinom dashboard
  2. Go to Merchants
  3. Select your merchant
  4. Scroll down to the Payments section
All successful payments for the selected merchant will be listed here.

💳 Payment Details

Click on any payment to view detailed information.

🔍 What You Can See

When you open a payment, you will see:

Status

  • The current status of the payment (e.g. successful)

​
USD Amount

  • The value of the payment in USD

​
Conversion Rate

  • The exchange rate used at the time of payment
  • The amount paid by the customer (in crypto or selected currency)

Processing Fee

  • The fee applied to the payment

​
Received Amount

  • The final amount received after fees

​
Created At

  • The date and time when the payment was created
  • The date and time when the payment was completed

🔄 Payments vs Transactions

  • The Payments section shows successful customer payments for your merchant
  • For each successful payment, a corresponding record is also created in the Transactions page
This allows you to track payments at a merchant level, while also having a complete transaction history across your account.

🧠 Notes

  • Only successful payments are displayed in this section
  • All values are calculated at the time of payment
  • Fees are automatically deducted before calculating the received amount
